01 BRS research

Analysis of ICE enforcement records obtained through FOIA: 71 removals between October 2024 and August 2026, 32 without a judge’s decision, 7 children, 41 sent to a third country. Available in Belarusian and English.
02 Government and international reports
These documents describe the situation in Belarus in language the US system recognises. Asylum filings cite them to show that the danger is not a personal fear but a documented reality.

Some violations amount to crimes against humanity. Useful for showing that persecution is systemic rather than incidental.
